Elixir combines property prediction (machine learning models covering 600,000+ materials), an ontology that connects materials, properties, operating conditions and failure modes, and (in active testing, not yet production-reliable) constrained generative models for proposing new candidate structures. Primary industries served, in order of current focus: carbon capture & sorbent materials, battery & energy storage materials, semiconductors & advanced packaging, aerospace & defense materials.
